Come to a Friendship Ventures Open House on Sunday, May 1, and learn more about the services we provide for children and adults with developmental disabilities. Open Houses will be held at Camp Friendship near Annandale from 2 to 4 p.m. and at Eden Wood Center in Eden Prairie from 3 to 5 p.m. Staff members will be available to answer questions about programs and give tours.
The Annandale Snowmobile Club will host its 12th Annual Steak Fry Dinner at Camp Friendship on Friday, May 6, 2005 from 5:30 - 8:00 p.m. Those who attend are sure to enjoy a great steak or chicken dinner, and will have a chance to win raffle prizes donated by Annandale businesses and community members. Tickets are $20, and proceeds will be used to purchase kitchen supplies and scholarships for children and adults with disabilities who need financial assistance to attend Friendship Ventures programs.
Friendship Ventures is a non-profit agency that creates unique educational, recreational and social opportunities for people of all ages with mental retardation and other developmental disabilities. We also offer conference and retreat services and professional team-building programs to the communities we serve.
