Camp Sessions Begin at Camp New Hope
After taking over Camp New Hope in June, Friendship Ventures is planning a limited number of summer sessions there from August 7 to August 17 this year, including:

Northwoods Get Away, a general session camp for children and adults offered for six days or three days.

Hook, Line and Sinker, a three-day special interest session is for those 18 or older who want to fish, fish, fish!

Theater in the Woods is the ticket for adults who like to act, sing to a crowd or tell stories.

Play Ball is for the younger sports enthusiast, and includes kickball, volleyball, softball, basketball and soccer.
Camp New Hope is located near McGregor, Minnesota and sits on Glacier Lake. It has a quarter mile of lakeshore and is surrounded by the Savanna State Forest, offering a beautiful northwoods setting for camp. This is a great time to check it out. Click here to go to the website>>

Friendship Ventures is a non-profit agency that creates unique educational, recreational and social opportunities for people of all ages with mental retardation and other developmental disabilities. We also offer conference and retreat services and professional team-building programs to the communities we serve.
