Retreat, Conference and Team Quest Programs

Many organizations use Friendship Ventures facilities to improve their teams – meeting outside of their own offices to focus on team members or using the unique elements of Team Quest to create a bond based on shared experiences and challenges. Meet the Friendship Ventures team members who provide positive experiences for outside groups using our sites and amenities:

Retreat and Conference Directors

Linda Kelm, Eden Wood Center and Bridgid Bowers Camp Friendship help clients to plan their events down to every detail: meeting rooms, overnight cabins, meals and equipment needs. They make all preparations and oversee that events are successful, meals are delicious and accommodations are comfortable. Call them at 952-852-0104 or email to fv@friendshipventures.org to find out more about these services.

Team Quest

Amanda Daniels is director of adventure programs, overseeing Team Quest and Environmental Education programs. Jenn Marmalick is program manager of Team Quest, working directly with groups on the challenge courses.

Team Quest facilities, at both Camp Friendship and Eden Wood Center, comprise high and low element challenge courses that incorporate unique obstacles made from lumber, rope and cable. Groups negotiating the obstacles build self-confidence and team spirit, and innovative group games teach creative problem solving and conflict resolution. Team Quest workshop-style programs guide group members on a shared journey of self-discovery, transforming the way they work together and respond to risk. To find out more or schedule a session, call 952-852-0103 or email to fv@friendshipventures.org
