Self-Discovery,
Group Dynamics & Problem Solving
These dynamic
and effective workshop-style programs will guide your group members on
an incredible journey of self-discovery, transforming the way they work
together and respond to risk.
High and low element challenge courses, which comprise unique obstacles made from lumber, rope and cable, are the centerpieces of Team Quest programs. Negotiating these obstacles builds self-confidence and team spirit. Innovative group games teach creative problem solving and conflict resolution.
Team Quest's professionally trained facilitators offer challenges that directly relate to your team's goals and expectations. Any group of people who need to work as a team can benefit from Team Quest: including corporations, government agencies, sports teams, families, primary schools, college organizations, school faculty, church groups and youth groups.
Team Quest also offers Environmental Education programs and programs for youth at-risk. Service fees for Team Quest support Friendship Ventures programs for children and adults with mental and physical disabilities.

Facilities
Team Quest is available at two locations: Camp Friendship in Annandale,
Minnesota (an hour drive from the Twin Cities) and Eden Wood Center in
Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Half day, full day and multiple day sessions, with
meals and lodging as required, are available.
Choose our
"Ropes on the Road" option, and we'll conduct a Team Quest program at
your site. Our challenge courses are constructed in accordance with standards
established by the Association for Challenge Course Technology. Industry-standard
climbing and safety equipment is used for all high-element challenge activities.
Most course elements are accessible to people with disabilities.

Program Options
Friendship Ventures offers four main Team Quest programs in half day,
full day and multiple day workshop formats. We can also tailor a program for
your group. Overnight accommodations and meeting arrangements are available
through Friendship Ventures Conference
& Retreat Services.
