Opportunities…
for
individuals and groups.
More than 1,200 volunteers donate over 75,000 hours to Friendship Ventures each year. That's roughly equal to the work of an extra 35 full-time employees. Volunteers serve as camp counselors and travel guides, assist with camp maintenance and cleanup, sew curtains for cabins, provide treats for other volunteers and counselors, and more.
We always have volunteer projects that individuals or church, youth or service organizations can do. Please contact us for more information.
Adult Volunteer Counselors (at least 18 years
old) work as counselors during our Summer Resident Camp sessions.

Friendship Ventures always needs registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and nursing students to volunteer with our resident camp, respite and travel programs. You'll gain unique nursing experience working with people with disabilities. Volunteer positions range from a few hours during the week or on weekends to up to 12 weeks during our summer resident camp sessions.
